[Bug]: Taskbar window appears middle of the taskbar

Expected situation

Taskbar window should appears left most corner of the taskbar

Actual situation

When the Taskbar windows appears to the left of the taskbar option is enabled, traffic meter appears middle of the left side of the taskbar instead of the left corner.

Steps to repro

Enable Taskbar windows appears to the left of the taskbar from the Option Settings > Taskbar window settings and click apply.
