People are constantly confused on how to use autojump

Issues are constantly opened for this problem: #397 (closed), #302 (closed), #291 (closed), #229 (closed), #283 (closed), #413 (closed), #398 ... you get the point. These are the users who bothered to open up an issue, there's an unknown amount of people bouncing as well.

There's a few things we can do to alleviate this problem:

• #323 improve post-install message
• #414 add an issues template with common debug steps
• #415 change default behavior to show post-install message when people invoke autojump directly instead of using j
