Chapter: 1 "Two kinds of dependencies"

I'm not sure if this has been thought of already but I think it may be worth mentioning peerDependencies here too as it may lead to confusion with readers going away thinking there are only two kinds of dependencies when there are 3 (Sort of). Just thought I'd put that out there 😄
