Parents views overriding touch intercepts

Please see pull request #97 I use AndroidSlidingUpPanel inside MapFragment. If you started dragging the panel up and then moved your finger slightly either left or right the MapFragment would take over and start moving the map left and right. After that onInterceptTouchEvent always returns true. The problem is reproduced when using sothree:overlay="true"
