bootstrap-dropdown on iPhone broken with scrolling

Visit the URL http://tinyurl.com/dyq6wr7 using Safari on an iPhone.

The drop downs will work properly in the beginning. Scroll down to the very bottom of the page and click the link. The link using jQuery to scroll the page back to the top again. The drop downs will no longer work unless you scroll the page up/down and re-click the drop down link.

I've tried various attempts to get this to play nice but still haven't found success. Will keep playing around in the mean time and post here any additional information I may learn.
