In portrait mode, the sidebar fidgets when scrolling past it: Notice the gap between the purple header here compared to here

In landscape mode, the sidebar doesn't gracefully adapt to fit the resolution: http://i.imgur.com/LvxXg.png

It also clips with the footer: http://i.imgur.com/b3UPc.png

And sometimes gets pinned to the top of the page rather than staying with the user: See here where it's pinned with the tail end still visible and further down here where it's completely off the screen
