Popover arrow while zooming

Prerequisites

Describe the issue

It seems that the positionnong of popover's arrow is not always perfect when zooming.

Reduced test cases

(I changed border color to full black for better display)

Normal display at 100% zoom:

At 110% zoom:

And at 125% zoom:

It probably comes from the way browser handle calculation and approximation with rem values so I honestly don't know it there is a way to fix it. 🤔
