Navbar with fixed-bottom is offset and text clipped in some screen sizes.

When Responsive css is added to navbar, ironically it becomes broken when used in a responsive manner.

I was setting up a bottom navbar with button for iPhone, tablet, deskstop

I just added the latest resonsive css file to an existing jsfiddle similar issue to illustrate.
