Static navbar still broken

Is there a way to fix left and right margin of statiс navbar? Fixed one looks well, but I dont need to use it in my project.

I have checked issues like this https://github.com/twitter/bootstrap/issues/2548 but found nothing useful.

I also tried to put navbar in the .container but it doesnt use 100% width, it has white space at left and right sides.
