Graceful degradation for dropdowns...

Are there plans to make the dropdown menus gracefully degrade when JavaScript is disabled?

When I try to change the link HREFs to anything other than '#[someanchor]' (i.e. '/real/path'), the real path is taken, rather than triggering the dropdown.

I know there are not many browsers out there that have JS disabled but I'd like to cover my bases. :)
