Hamburger icon (U+2630 TRIGRAM FOR HEAVEN) is always black on Samsung Galaxy S Android devices

OS: Android 6.0.1 SM-G920F Build/MMB29K Browser: Chrome 51.0.2704.81

The Bootstrap 4 navbar hamburger icon is always black, even when using other background colors such as bg-inverse or bg-primary.

The bug can be reproduced by accessing this bin: https://output.jsbin.com/hiyeti/3

EDIT: I just realized this behavior is present even without Bootstrap: https://output.jsbin.com/wovuba/1

Probably an Android/Chrome issue then, though not sure if anything should be done about this on Bootstrap's side.
