Button focus while tabbing

There is no visual cue for when one is focused on a button while tabbing through a document view. You can see this on http://twitter.github.com/bootstrap/examples/fluid.html I'm using v2.0.0 in my development and am experiencing the same issue.

This is an accessibility concern for persons who cannot use a mouse.
