Collapsed menu-button not clickable on iPhone iOS 7 browsers, but iPad's iOS working fine.

The link is not clickable in the Collapsed menu, only on the iPhone iOS 7 devices,but works fine on the iPad's iOS.

Does anyone get any ideal about this?

To be more clear on this issue, I'm using Bootstrap V3.
