Changelog not up to date and bad name for tarball

Hi,

The tarball is missing "solaar" in its name: https://github.com/pwr/Solaar/archive/0.8.9.1.tar.gz

Moreover, Changelog file inside tarball is not uptodate (same issue for git, Changelog not updated for 0.8.9.1).

Minor but missing. :-)
