ActionList: Add guidelines for disabled items and how to hint why they are disabled

Our ActionList guidelines already provides a lot of good information on how to use it but I've spotted one use case that's missing.

Currently there are no examples of disabled states as well as no pattern for letting the user know why an item is disabled.

Action

  • Add screenshots of disabled items
  • Provide a pattern for hinting why something is disabled
  • Ensure the above pattern works with screen readers (accessibility)
