Get MathJax hosted at TranslateWiki

As mentioned at https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=35038 , both the MathJax devs and the MediaWiki translator community want MathJax to be translatable on TranslateWiki.net.

This can be a coordination issue for that.
