big \Up/Downarrows don't look nice

Modifying \Downarrow, \Uparrow and \Updownarrow with \big, \Big, \bigg or \Bigg results in a very stitched appearance on Chrome. Looks better on Firefox but not perfect either. Appearance improves with larger font sizes.
