[SVG] root index `translate` too large

Steps to Reproduce:

MathJax demo
In context menu Math Settings > Math Renderer select SVG
Display roots with an index.

$$(\sqrt[33]{n})$$
$$(\sqrt[3+3]{n})$$
$$(\sqrt[3++3]{n})$$

Technical details:

MathJax Version: 3.2.1 3.2.2
Client OS: Windows 11
Browser: Firefox 108.0.1

Supporting information:

Version 3.2.0 doesn't have this issue.
