Automatic renaming of configuration blocks isn't performed in combined components.

The automatic renaming of configuration blocks to accommodate the renamed TeX extensions is only performed for external components, and is not done when the extension is in a combined component (like the -full ones). See mathjax/MathJax-src#485 and #2328 (closed).
