Cannot open math menu on ipad air 2

It seems that we cannot open the math menu on ipad air 2 device ios version: 13.1.2 I tried upgrading the mathjax version to the latest with no luck (i was using 2.0.0) . Also tried the double tab and hold but it is not working also.
