[TeX] support for STIX macro package

The STIX package on CTAN has a lot of macros that map to Unicode.

It would be nice to add them as some publishers use these macros in their TeX source files.

This is an easy (but long and perhaps tedious) issue for first time contributors.

It could also be done just as a v3 extension.
