space characters in the General Punctuation Unicode block

This was never separated out of #898 (closed) (and I just ran into this again)

To quote @dpvc from https://github.com/mathjax/MathJax/issues/898#issuecomment-54306627:

I've added the data for the space characters to the MathJax font. This still needs to be added to the other web fonts.
