OSError: [WinError -529697949] Windows Error 0xe06d7363

I try to run the demo_mnist in python3.5 environment, but i face this error. First time, i thought there must be somethiong wrong with my win10 system. So i reinstall the system, but this time this error raised again. I dont know how to sovle it, so please help me. =_=
