Video recording frezze for a second using NvFBC

Describe the bug Sometimes, when I'm recording with OBS, the video (not the audio), gets stopped for some time (about a second), and then continues. When you are recording, you don't see this problem on the screen. I'm not sure if this is a problem of this patch, the driver or OBS.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Simply record a video with OBS

Expected behavior The recording must be normal

Output listings You can see what I 'm talking on those videos: https://youtu.be/mADTrubsmTg?t=53 https://youtu.be/D6N7eHQu20A?t=128

Environment (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Ubuntu 21.10
  • GPU model: Nvidia RTX-3070
  • Patch commit used: 69efb242
  • Nvidia driver version: 470.86
