Question: NVENC does not work on 2080 with driver version 460.67 (Ubuntu 16.04/x86_64 Intel i9-9900K)?

Hello,

Sorry to bother. But I think I met the same issue like #406 (closed).

I have a 2080 card with driver 460.67 installed on Ubuntu 16.04/x86_64 (CPU: Intel i9-9900K). The libnvidia-encode.so patched succesfully, but the encode session limit is still 3, creating 4th session will return error code 10 (NV_ENC_ERR_OUT_OF_MEMORY). However, everything works fine on another machine with a 1660 card, also Ubuntu 16.04/x86_64 with driver 460.67(CPU: Intel i7-9700).

I just want to know if this problem is because the driver version and gpu. And if there will be any support on it or not.

Also, if someone can offer any advice on encoding more than 3 video streams with limited encode sessions using gpu at the same time, it will help me a lot.

Thanks
