As per the official catalan web site for linguistic qüestions, "algo" shouldn't be use, but rather "alguna cosa" or "quelcom". Also fixed a little typing error on the MD for the italic on the word "issues", removed misplaced accent in "envía", and pluralized "còmode" and "envia" to match the style of the rest of the document.
