Hello there! I translated the README.md to Norwegian and added links to it from the root README.md file and translations/Translations.md.
The second image in the "Clone prosjektet" section was pushed a bit up so I added a <br> tag to properly adjust the image. I'm not sure if this is the preferred way of doing it though.
I have compared the translated version to the original and made sure the structure is the same. All links to within the document itself and other files in the repository have been checked (I saw a few translation files with incorrect links so I might make a separate request for that later).
