Re-enable ES6 modules via Webpack when they stop breaking sourcemaps

We disabled them in https://github.com/facebookincubator/create-react-app/issues/1742 because of https://github.com/facebookincubator/create-react-app/issues/1638 (https://github.com/webpack/webpack/issues/4423).
