Showing title on mouseover on little icons on web Page

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. This is related to the information to show when I am mouse over on small icons on the web page. (screenshot added below)

Describe the solution you'd like In order to achieve showing info on mouse-over, we have to add the title to icons. Especially like anchor icon next to "Spread Trends" which users might wonder what it does?
