Article Audit: How-to: Use role='application'

the how to use role=application article isn't much of a how-to, but more of a high level warning against its use. It'd be good if we expanded on this a bit to call out some of the problems that role application could cause a user, rather than just saying it'll cause headaches.

Additionally, we could add an example of a good use for role=application.
