[BUG] Overflow in maximum value validator (python and others)

  • Have you validated the input using an OpenAPI validator (example)?
  • Have you tested with the latest master to confirm the issue still exists?
  • Have you searched for related issues/PRs?
  • What's the actual output vs expected output?
  • [Optional] Sponsorship to speed up the bug fix or feature request (example)
Description

With a schema like this:

"item": {
  "maximum": 18446744073709551615,
  "type": "integer",
  "minimum": 0
}

The python generator produces a validator like this:

      validations = {
          ('value',): {
              'inclusive_maximum': -1,
              'inclusive_minimum': 0,
          },
      }

It seems like that maximum value is overflowing. (These ranges are automatically generated by my openapi library for uint64_t types.) This also affects a number of other generators I've tried.
