simplified drmgr interface for easier DR-to-drmgr transition

There's a transition cost to new users who learn the basic bb event and then want to either use drwrap or some other relatively basic library and it turns out they have to switch to drmgr.

So should we either change all our samples and our tutorial slides to use drmgr, or should we add some drmgr wrapper that hides the 4 events in some manner and assumes the tool wants the analysis event?
