Add Detection with UnwiredLabs API

Created by: He3556

We have the chance to use the location service of https://unwiredlabs.com/api

My idea is to compare the cell area with the location of the phone. We can send a request (of a single tower) to the Location-API and check if the phone is in that area. (In most cases a catcher would imitate a Base Station from far away, that is sending with a higher level than the other Base Stations around.)

This solution might not work in all urban areas. We would need to check this detection before we merge it to the master.

If there is anybody interested to (discuss and) implement this detection, please let me know.
