Foreign cellid and LAC detected

The app detected 2 cell towers in my area that according to cellfinder.com are located in India and British Virgin Islands. They are not listed on opencellid. Both these cells were found in roughly the same location at 2 different times, and there was also a 3rd cell at the same location found which had cellid 0 and LAC 0...is this suspicious or just a bug? CELLID=689534 LAC=3030 MNC/MCC=272-03 + CELLID=87106049 LAC=65534 MNC/MCC=272-03
