Enable cell tracking and attack detection
press home button
observe
after some time GPS is no longer required
application requests GPS after some time
I'm at home, so no GPS fix for you
after some time GPS is no longer required...
...

Moreover application doesn't get last location since I don't have working offline/online location service and GPS is only way to get location.
