Roaming presents wrong connection info

Apparently (and specifically on Samsungs) when you are roaming (here without packet data) the baseband (BP) or AP reports the wrong connection data.

Here is how it look in the Service Mode menu on a Samsung Galaxy S4-mini (GT-I9195) when roaming abroad.

Here the BP CID is shown as 0x6e5a6 (452006), whereas the AP CID is shown as 7232101...

It would be nice if someone could confirm this behavior.
