Common Files again

Just requesting the addition of these to files into the common file detection as I have bumped into them both very recently.

localstart.asp < this will request a basic auth login, but will be for the creds of the Server OS. found in < IIS 6.0 (from memory, i cant remember all the specifics)

and

elmah.axd < should probably be a medium if discovered. and will allow you to view/download all the IIS log files if discovered. Think its part of the .NET MVC framework (again from memory)
