Bring the AutoDeploy add-on up-to-date

Get the AutoDeploy WebUI add-on working with v0.4 and add support for HPG options.

Task list:

• Automatically generate client-server SSL cert/keys, transfer them to the remote node and configure the node to use them.
• Allow configuration of vanilla and HPG options
  • Port range
  • Pool-size
  • Neighbour
  • Node nickname
  • Bandwidth pipe ID
  • Weight
• Create a stripped-out CDE package.
