If Russia’s Nuclear Arsenal is as affective as its Military then the World has nothing to fear. The incompetence that runs throughout the military, no doubt extends to their arsenal. Russia reminds me of Iraq under Saddam Hussein. He made the world believe he had weapons of mass destruction when in reality, he had nothing. We were told he had the 2nd strongest military in the region. They turned out to be incompetent. It was all a bluff. My guess, from everything We’ve seen so far from Putin is, it’s all a bluff !!! His Military is incompetent. The leaders are incompetent. They’re surrendering in bulk. The entire world has seen just how inept his military is. Now Putin is flexing his last trump card, his nuclear arsenal. This is the act of a desperate man.

OK so Duterte's drug policy was extremely harsh, but for many of my filipino friends, (that didnt like him) said it was effective to change the rampant drug problem in that country so quickly. also since the drug dealing also supported other crimes and terrorists. It got many to really think twice before even abusing drugs or wanting to try it once...

According to my friends, the philippines had a very bad ice and opioids (suspected imported from China) with gang shootings and OD's daily. When Duterte put his policy in place, there was an up tick in gang violence and police killings, but it tapered off as (he said) many of the gang were killed by the police and military, doing their crackdown. On the lower end many people that were using, admitted themselves into what rehab they could find.

So ya the ICC wants to investage these "killings" as their families wanted answers.. maybe there were a few that got caught in the cross fire or at the wrong place at the wrong time thing.. maybe they were buying or using or both .. or MAYBE they should have never got involved with drugs at all and try to hook others on their product... but at least allow them to investigate.

Im not trying to support or agree about Duterte's policy but you have to admit, he did something to resolve their countries drug problem and it did reduce the problem.. but did it shift the criminals to something else???

Look at Mao, he did the same thing as the communists took over China. only much more extreme. It removed the drug problem, in China, but didnt reduce the Triad mafia.

I'm really starting to doubt any Russian nukes actually work after it turned out the Moskova, their black sea flagship, went down because it's defenses either didn't work, were turned off because they interfered with Comms or had been scavenged for parts.

I wouldn't roll the dice on it, but it's really hard to believe they have anything that functions as intended at this point.
