The article just repeats the same thing over and over with no conclusion or context. It’s click-bait to get you to see some ads.

What can I say , you don't understand the Indian supreme court and just saying random nonsense. I just explained to you why Indian judiciary is more powerful and independent from politics compared to Russia and hybrid regimes or even many democracies.
I just explained to you why there isn't a slide in any direction. Its mostly flat and there is protections from major downturns due to the justice system and various other factors. No sense in explaining to a person who is already made up his mind.
If you can't differentiate between consistent issues with downturns/slides. I can't expect much out of you , bye.

Yeah you said if there’s NO water there it’s easier. No big deal.

Given that the justice system is already used to harass human rights activists, journalists and opposition you cannot rely on supreme court alone to do the right thing.
I do hope India reverses the slow slide, but nothing I see in the reports from the various organizations suggests that rather the opposite. If the fundamentals of democratic values are not there then its democratic in name only.

No, we can sustain life on the moon if there IS water there. That way we don’t have to transport it from Earth, which is crazy expensive. You can also break water into hydrogen to use as fuel.

The home secretary suella braverman couldn't explain a legal route for a hypothetical asylum seeker to enter the country when being questioned about a year ago, there's a good clip you should watch. The tories have made it much more difficult to enter the country to claim asylum and all that happened was an increase in small boats and a bigger smuggling black market. We should be checking people as they come in not making conditions where more people illegally entry to the country.
Visiting family is easier than seeking permanent residence.

Reply to comment by wheelontour in Germany is overhauling its immigration rules to bolster a rapidly shrinking workforce by yash13
I would like to know where you have your information from. I live as refugee in Germany, i know a dutzend other refugees here and they all work or, in case of Ukrainian refugees, look for work. Its difficult to find work for them, because many degrees are not accepted and advanced german-language skills are required to get hired. They are simply refused when they apply.
Also I rarely met refugees who think that live of state walfare is a good plan - they became depressed and left Germany, because they underestimated the efforts and overestimated the benefits wildly.
I mostly see people talking about "lazy refugees who live of state walfare" who are pretty previleged themselves, who and can not imagine the amount of paperwork and self-degradation involved, or the laughable low benefits one would get. Don't just listen to clickbait media, go outside and get in touch with people. Reality is more complicated than any media trend.

Is it not possible to seek asylum in a legal way? If it is possible, why commit crime by crossing illegally? I have some relatives in other countries, but I would not go visiting them just by crossing the border illegally.

If people are seeking asylum do we not have as much responsibility as France to help some of them? Many of them might have learned English as a second language and not French, some will already have relations in the UK who can make their transition easier.
