A refugee is someone who feels their life is in danger, when you travel across several countries, anyone of which you could claim to be a refugee to get to another country you aren't a refugee anymore

If you read the article, you would know this comes from the Council of Europe, a separate body from the EU that the UK is still a member of.

I agree with you on that, but I don't agree with sending them to Rwanda. As I said, we need a coherent, workable, legal policy that can scale up as needed, and we need it soon. "Let them all in lol" and "Send them to Rwanda" are both dead ends.
