Myanmar is not. The only country that borders it that is even remotely friendly to the western countries is Thailand, and you're not going to be shipping stuff across the indian or pacific and then just carting it through a thai jungle.

Politically, there’s a bit of a gulf.

Ukraine is a sovereign nation being invaded by another power. The conflict in Myanmar is an internal dispute and we usually cause more harm than good intervening in those.

Or we could just shift school/work start times to permanently be later since most humans don’t function well as early as society demands us to because some rich old white guys hundreds of years ago decided we have to be up as early as possible for “reasons.”
