It helps if you actually do this rather than just saying you do this and then build them actually worse than before but tell everyone they are better.

How he actually died is not really clear. the circumstances and all. It wasn't done in public, only after the fact he was exposed. Which is a shame, he should have been sentenced and killed after a fair trial, then, I think, we would have less fascists wannabe today.

I wonder if we’re already fucked, or if we have time to prevent us from being fucked.

tradition shouldn't stand in the way of progress lol. if we would put tradition above of everything few things would get done in any society.

Technically, they are fighting a foreign army. Whatever the position of Belarus "officials" might be, those are still Russian military force residing on a Belarusian soil and using it as a launching pad for attacks on Ukraine.

Easier said than done. The ANC preached that they would educate the rural previously downtrodden masses. All they have done is keep them poor, uneducated and downtrodden, but give them empty promises, a free t-shirt and a crappy concert every 5 years and they are voted in again. They also play racial politics to keep the uneducated majority in check.
This is how they've managed to keep a hold onto power. It is slipping gradually, but not before they take the country down with them.

This is a commonly misunderstood fact by the majority of non-South Africans. And for those saying "yes but that was an agreement between the ANC and the former USSR", well the ANC and modern day Russia don't see it that way.

You'll probably also be surprised to learn that we were using radio controlled unmanned aircraft as early as WWI.
And prior to that the Austrian military used balloons with timers to drop bombs on Venice.

This is the best tl;dr I could make, original reduced by 74%. (I'm a bot)
> The Swedish environmental activist Greta Thunberg joined Indigenous Sami demonstrators on Monday, blocking the entrance to Norway's Energy Ministry.
> The Sami Indigenous people, who are spread out across mostly parts of Norway, but also Sweden, Finland and Russia, have been herding reindeer for centuries.
> "Indigenous rights, human rights, must go hand-in-hand with climate protection and climate action. That can't happen at the expense of some people. Then it is not climate justice," Thunberg told Reuters news agency outside the ministry's main entrance with other demonstrators.
