That was a bad translation. They were testing 12 contacts for cases of transmission, not that they had 12 cases.

Thus if they sight you or you sight them they better fight to the death? There is a reason we go against the flow of money and the leaders, not the individual fighters.

The whole point is that they're not outlaw. They're much more capitalist than a regular army. They fight for money. You restrict the flow of money, you strangle the flow of soldiers.

He literally pulled a Sinema. I had a bunch of friends praising him only to turn into a giant dick the moment he got elected. Destroyed a bunch of social programs because he was supposed to come up with something better, and he never did.

well to be fair, Belarus is willing to throw women at the problem since they aren't as stupid but just as cruel as Russia. doing my best to sound as i am not praising Belarus for being significantly less sexist than Russia, but well; "more female war criminals"
again not having a government whose state religion is deeply traditionalist has some advantages when raising an arbitrary number to wave around.

So is nuclear power in general, but countries like Germany still find it easier to get the public to support coal (ironically, more radioactive pollution) than Nuclear because of large scale smear campaigns.

This is not about Ukraine, this is in case of total war with EU and NATO. Because let's be real, if Russia wins in Ukraine, Poland, Romania and Baltics are next, and if Russia mobilises few million troops before winning, they will press the advantage. As much as we would like it, there is no realistic way where Ukrainians or Polish can inflict 1 to 10 (or even higher) casualty rates.

Reply to German minister warns of ‘massive’ danger from Russian hackers | Nancy Faeser says Ukraine war has exacerbated German cybersecurity concerns by misana123
Faeser doesn't know shit about shit. She's a career politician and shouldn't be listened to without a metric ton of salt. That being said, German digital infrastructure is miserable and it's been at risk for many many years now with very little improvements of systemic nature.

What exactly would a Russian “win” look like? They’ve turned Europe away from dependence on Russian energy exports. They have demonstrated that their military is far inferior to the strength it was perceived to have a year ago. They have made every neighboring country terrified of Russian aggression, prompting significant rearmament of European countries. Even if they destroy Ukraine’s military, they will be left with a huge country of people who hate them who they will have the choice of either trying to occupy in the face of a terrible insurgency campaign for decades, or to withdraw, and basically let Ukraine rebuild itself but with a blood soaked hatred of Russia for generations.

I'm pretty sure Medvedev means Iranian Shahed drones. Don't worry we aren't nuking Ruzzia for that terrorism. Iran murders its own civilians, of course it would aid in killing Ukrainian civilians.
