I mean, it was indeed more than 100k, but that's just CDMX, The Zócalo was full and it can supposedly hold around 160k-200k people. There were protests in more than 100 cities

Reply to EU imposes additional sanctions on Wagner Group for 'rights abuses' in Africa by DoremusJessup
What you're seeing here is France extending its influence and punishing countries looking to leave her warm embrace. I get sanctions against Wagner but they've expanded these sanctions to also include African companies and media.

Man how do these people fill up an entire down town? Where do they find parking? I Want to organize a protest like this, but everyone got work, and the people downtown are rich so you're not gonna see them protest, and the people who need the better living conditions can't get downtown, there are hardly any busses.

I feel like we should just give Ukraine jets at this point. They’re obviously not going to nuke anyone. Let’s just end this war already.

Well when you see yourself as your country, and you’re the leader, and you’ve provoked the exact encroachment of the West you were paranoid was happening by acting aggressively to prevent it in a self fulfilling prophecy, then yeah. Same thing really from Putin’s perspective.

No it just proves you're not good at googling. I googled Reuters "far left" and got pages of headlines. Maybe the only bias here is yours.

A Google search on "Reuters far left" returns 3 headlines which include "far-left" and more than a dozen which include "far-right". That tells you something about the editorial posture of Reuters.

Reply to comment by Ginger-Jesus in No positive cases of Bird Flu detected Cambodia following the death of a 12-year-old girl. by hamonabone
I mean the first news reporting on the bird flu outbreak in Cambodia came from a weird source that really looked unreliable and it somehow got tens of thousands of upvotes.
Yet, when I tried to find anything about it on other major news sources in multiple languages and from multiple countries, I didn’t manage to find even a single article. No statement from the WHO. Nothing anywhere.
So just from that I knew it was a normal outbreak that had no human to human transmission and it was 100% clickbait.
Trust me, if we had human to human transmission of the bird flu, the scientific community would be utterly freaking the fuck out and it would be all over the news immediately.
