Funny how such a sensible position gets so heavily downvoted just because it's not pro-Israel. Do they expect the Palestinians to just sit back and take it while their homes and land are stolen out from under them?

Claiming no building were demolished and then when proven wrong changing the statement to no building with permits is a kind of mental gymnastics.

Yeah the Russians dont seem to want a return to the 90s. The aftermath of overthrowing putin would be a fiasco.
He might just find some juicy scapegoats, consolidate more power and move on.
The worry that prompted this war was that a liberalized Ukraine would make Russians ask uncomfortable questions but i think hes sucessfully driven a wedge between them at this point.

This is the best tl;dr I could make, original reduced by 75%. (I'm a bot)
> A series of so-called warning strikes in the public sector in the western German state of North Rhine-Westphalia on Monday is set to cause major disruption in the region's two biggest international airports, as well as affecting local public transport, day care facilities and other local services.
> It's part of a long-running dispute over pay and conditions, prompted in part by inflation and rising food and fuel prices in 2022, that has caused a series of strikes nationwide in recent weeks, often involving public sector workers.
> According to Verdi, public sector workers at airports include ground control staff, firefighters and many people working for the state-owned airports in various capacities.

Stop moving goal posts. Japan attacked first and it was a world war. China has not been attacked by Uighurs on the scale of a world war or any war for that matter. The topic is comparing Japanese internment camps with uighur concentration camps when those are completely different things in different contexts.

If you're talking about the early month and even the couple weeks before, when he kept negotiating with Putin, he released calls showing it was Zelensky who asked him to do that.
After Bucha he wanted to stop and again Zelensky asked the communication channel to be kept open.
And France had and has very low dependancy on Russia and its resources, our nuclear maintenance issue was unrelated if extremely poorly timed.

Russia is a military state. If military can't perform then the whole state can't.
