Uh huh yeah. Keep telling yourself that lol.

Meanwhile a bunch of democracies in Asia also surged well past India in this same time period.

I mean keep looking elsewhere for something to blame. We both know India will be less developed than most the world in another 50, 100, 200 years.

Well, when you need to capture the state-funded media to parrot your propaganda and need to buy up every single newspaper, radio station, TV station in the country while still being the largest spender on Facebook ads for your political bullshit and need to reform the social security to be able to intimidate poor people into voting for you, and on top or that need a ministry of propaganda with an annual budget of 115 million Euros (that last source alone equals the total spending of the largest German parties in a country of 9.6 million) and still only get 54% of the votes, that shows you have serious problems with your popularity.

But I mean if we look at Pakistan, why not look at China?

From the 90's to now, India moved ahead slightly over Pakistan across most of those indexes. China utterly eclipsed India. Like not even in the same ballpark. Actually most countries in the region did. Not as much as China, but many countries like Malaysia, Indonesia, The Philippines etc also make India look shit when used as comparison.

Though I partly agree - India probably hasn't been mismanaged. India is impossible to manage, the people are too arrogant and split. What China and other countries in Asia did can not be achieved in India due to long standing cultural issues.

It takes time before sanctions work Whatever Russia does to get around sanctions, Russia has a price to pay Opportunistic new 'allies' will take advantage of their new dominant position to get low prices or something in return making Russia weaker They know (maybe not the lambda citizen in Africa or South America or China but the men who have the power know it very well) and has nothing more to offer, all its ressources drained by the war Build new partnership needs that the partner trusts you, everybody (except the lambda citizen in Africa or South America or China, India,...) who have the power knows very well that Russia is lying more and more everyday, no trust can exist Russia has few to offer, all its ressources drained by the war

Putin believe that partnership can be gained by fear, but it doesn't work so much

  1. because the entire world knows that Russia has failed in Ukraine and is busy to ruin itself
  2. the only way left to Russia to frighten enough to force some countries to play in its game is nuclear threat but if you destroyed your allies and yourself in the big Bangkok you gain nothing
