The main point of the article, is they installed a dead russian tank outside the russian embassy. My response to that was. Well done Germany!

The secondary part of the article talked about the difficulty of getting various parties to agree to that and commentary as to why and they pointed towards hesitancy or opposition to supplying certain weapons. My response to that was - we must stand strong or it will get worse. This was to counter the idiots that think holding hands and sucking russias dick will work for the long term.

Countries can be neutral in foreign wars because not every country is Denmark or Switzerland. Most countries in the world face every day poverty, hunger, terrorist attacks, crime, homicides, natural disasters and many other problems, and they can't just suddenly stop taking care of this and focus on wars from another countries.

Who has been calling for sanctions or military action against India? Western leaders have said they were disappointed and reiterated their position on countries helping Russia dodge sanctions, but I must've missed active calls for sanctions or military action.

I mean, I get why India has been so neutral; their military worked closely with Russia's, the west has previously favored Pakistan, and India can use ties with Russia for leverage to keep relative peace with China. All of this excludes the obvious reasons India doesn't get along with former European colonizers. Its a shame they didn't make a stand from a point of fundamentally opposing all imperialism, but I can see their reasoning.

Maybe the original 1949 alliance:

Belgium, Canada, Denmark, France, Iceland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, the United Kingdom and the United States

Should tell any fucking obvious country who's alignment is counter NATO to fuck off.

Dogs in the street can see the block on "new members" joining are the rats in our nest.

The 1949 originals need to grow balls and cut out the cancer that's undermining NATO.

France and India are so often described as being close that even the Wikipedia entry for France-India relations has mentions of them as having a "special relationship". France worked with India to de-colonize its assets in modern-day India without the violence that was associated with the UK or Portugal, so it has a different path for a Western European country.

France is basically taking over some of Russia's role with India after the 2014 annexation of Crimea led to Russia accepting China's rapprochement. An example is France's recent support for India in the UN, which has historically been Russia's role.

Germany is close with China and has been balancing both Russia and China as geopolitical counterweights to the US (at least before it lost control with the recent invasion), so I imagine they haven't done much but I will let others contribute there.

Interesting that recently Salmon Rushdie was finally victim of long promised retribution and now Trump and Pompeo are on the Iranian shit list. Maybe Teflon Don won't sleep as well knowing there's a bunch of missile toting extremists who could probably take him out anytime if he happens to venture within their range. I would say stay away from the Trump Tehran if I were them.
