Don’t worry guys the criminal will be caught with plenty of evidence, at which point he will inform prosecutors that his mom was somewhat mean to him growing up, and he will be promptly released with 0 consequences.

That’s valid. This time last year a lot of people were staying at home due to omicron.

More people out and about now. Plus the rise in juvenile crime and the fact that many students in cities have been testing far below their grade level would lead me to speculate having remote learning in cities weren’t great for teenagers in cities and we’re seeing the impacts of it now.

But I’m just a dumbass on Reddit so what do I know

There's rock creek park. Also, DC has loads of venues for plays, concerts, ballet etc etc so maybe they can check out what's going on at the Kennedy Center or Wooly Mammoth?

Or they can walk around near DuPont circle and check out all the embassies. Some of the buildings have very cool architecure. I think the open embassy days are in may but maybe there might be other events going on.

What are your folks into?

For other outdoorsy stuff in particular, if you have a car, there's the arboretum, which has some good walks. For smaller museums, Dumbarton house and the hillwood house museum- these are both manor houses with fancy gardens.

I wonder if the Chesapeake league is still around. I played in it in the 90's. It was the only full contact men's league in the area. Most players were very talented and came from juniors or college teams. We played late nights at Ft. Dupont.
