The next session of fitness classes offered through DPR open for registration this Thursday I believe. I’ve only been to one type of class (spin) but from what I’ve seen the classes attract people with wider levels of athletic abilities, and instructors adjust accordingly

Yup! I used it the about a month ago for registration renewal on a car with the necessary plug (whatever that thing is that they plug into, I have no idea). It looks like it is in the parking lot of a school building, which I think it is.

You drive up, and the instructions on the screen are pretty comprehensible. You run your car for a few minutes and it was pretty painless and I didn't need amazing automotive skills to understand and get it done.

The registration sticker arrived in my mailbox a little while later. Super easy and Covid-Approved!

The sliced bread here is generally awful and not really meant to be eaten on its own. That said, most grocery stores will see baguettes or bread baked in their own bakery that are a lot better, there are the fancy dedicated bakeries where you’ll pay like $6+ for a loaf but it’s delicious, comparable to much of the stuff in Europe.

I love eating fresh bread on its own, especially if it’s a little warm, but most people will put something on it, butter etc

I'm a skier, and I agree with you. I'd take a number of other cities if skiing and mountaineering were my thing over Denver. SLC or the Northwest mostly for cultural reasons, and the skiing is simply much closer. I also hate Vail Resorts as a business and refuse to ski at their resorts if I can help it.

You may have a different opinion but I personally would not be satisfied with the skiing in New England. I also am not a fan of ticks and Lyme disease.

Anecdotally Rocket Bar still seems to pack em in on the weekends any time I'm there. Always loved it because it does a great job satisfying a wide variety of people in my friend group. You've got the divey elements, but it's also a friendly atmosphere. They'll play sports on TV, but they also play good music. It's easy to meet new people if you want, or you can just hang out with your group and play shuffleboard in the back.

They had an event at the Chinese embassy not so long ago and I think it was definitely worth it only because that embassy is seemingly never open to the public. Also it’s quite a spacious embassy and so there was plenty of room for food, tea, calligraphy, propaganda, etc.

I meant the vegetables on the bread :D but yeah ok, haven't realised before that people don't eat bread for snack in every country, since it's a very very basic snack or breakfast or like evening snack? in my country
